Practices will take place anywhere from 4 PM - 8:30 PM due to most of our fields not having lights. Please be aware of this BEFORE registering. Refunds WILL NOT be provided to parents who realize too late that they cannot make their Coach's practice time.

• Our main game day field for 6U/8U/10U/12U is Sheffield Park 31969 Genoa St, Winchester, CA 92596
• Home Games for 14U – 19U will be at Butterfield Park or Abelia Park. Away games being in Murrieta, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Beaumont, and Perris (due to inter-league play)

*** FRIEND REQUESTS ***

Per AYSO guidelines, Friend requests are NOT permitted for standard Core/Competitive play. All players will be randomly placed on teams through our registration portal. Placing same age siblings on the same team is the only exception. 

*** SPRING PROGRAM & DIVISION DETAILS ***

SCHOOLYARD PROGRAM
The objective of this program is to provide beginning players and their parents with a “pressure free” introduction to the beautiful game of soccer. Players will be exposed to soccer by playing simple, fun activities and games that require little to no practice, and a minimal time commitment.

* Coaches: TBD for Schoolyard
* One session per week. Saturday at Sheffield Park
* 8 Week Program
* Small co-ed groups
* 45-minute training sessions with some time for a short scrimmage

More details about the Core Season:

• The Core season is for children ages 5 - 18
• 10-Game season 6u-19u.
• Depending on final registration numbers, teams may be required to go CO-ED
• A final verdict on whether teams will be co-ed or separated will be made once Registration has closed.
• Important Notes for the 12U - 19U Divisions: 
  • Interleague play vs. Other Regions. These divisions will more than likely interleague with other regions which means some travel will be involved. Cities involved may include Murrieta, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Beaumont, and Perris.
  • Games can either be played on Saturdays and/or on Weekday evenings 
• We're constantly looking for volunteers who are willing to give freely of their time and talent to a worthwhile cause - our kids! Join us! During checkout, you can sign up as a volunteer coach, referee, and board member. These are non-paid positions.

*** SPRING 2026 SEASON REGISTRATION FEES***

We are ONLY accepting payments by credit card Visa/Mastercard, to be paid online. Our new system does not allow us to take any other forms of payment.

• $5 Family Discount for each additional child
  
• An additional $2.75 service charge will be added per transaction. Register all children in one transaction to avoid multiple charges
  

Schoolyard Division (Born: 2022)

• Note: Training sessions will occur during the week as outlined below. This is dependent on the amount of interest. We plan for Saturday's, but it might have to spread to other days. We plan to train at Sheffield Park. Please take note of this before registering. Both age groups will only be in a TRAINING session during the week, no games.

6U Division (Born: 2020- 2021)

• Practices are once a week at the coach’s discretion, games are on Saturday
• COED division.

• Note: This fee does not cover the $25 AYSO National Player Fee which pays for AYSO National admittance into the program and the Player Insurance.

8U – 19U Division (Born: 2018-2009)

• 8U: Practices are once a week at the coach’s discretion, games are on Saturday
• 10U and older: Practices are twice a week at the coach’s discretion, games are on Saturday and sometimes during the week
• If we do not have enough kids in your division, we will have to turn into a COED division.
  
• $180
• Note: This fee does not cover the $25 AYSO National Player Fee which pays for AYSO National admittance into the program and the Player Insurance.
  

*** REGISTRATION FEES COVER THE FOLLOWING ***

Fees will cover the following costs for the upcoming CORE season: 

Player Related Equipment / Extras / Games

• End-of-Season Medal
• Picture Packet with Team and individual photo

Administrative Fees

• Provides funding for new Equipment & General Upkeep of Current Equipment
• Provides funding for ValleyWide Park Fees
• Covers AYSO 1508 Administrative Fees
• AYSO National Player Insurance Fee - $25 fee goes directly to AYSO National
• Covers the Volunteer Membership Program Fee (Sterling Background Check & Live Scan) 
  AYSO National upgraded to a Level 2 Background Check process via Sterling Background Checks. This is a more expensive but more in-depth check. As a result AYSO 1508 pays $25 for every Volunteer to the program.
• NOTE: If a refund request is honored by AYSO 1508, the refund will subtract $25 for the National Fee as well as $10 Processing Fees.  
  
  

*** REFUND POLICY ***

If, after following all the drop procedures, a refund is allowed, it will be applied as follows: A full refund less $25 will be given, if the player is dropped by February 9, 2026. The $25 is a non-refundable amount charged by AYSO National for each player, credit card transaction fees, and AYSO National Volunteer Background Check fees dispersed among players.  A full refund less 50% may be granted for drop requests received between 1st week of practice and the first scheduled game providing that the player uniforms are returned to the coach, coordinator or registrar.  No refund will be granted after the first game.  The player drop and refund request form must be completed to receive a refund.  Fundraiser fees are nonrefundable.

Important New Note for the Core Season - Registration Insurance 
Registration insurance is an optional service that registrants can opt into at check-out to protect their registration fees against certain events that cause them to miss the season. 

At check-out, users registering for programs will see the insurance premium amount and will be given the option to either purchase or waive the coverage. The additional amount is 8% of the final registration fee you'll be paying. For more information visit this FAQ page. 


Please note that by January 15, 2026 we may not have finalized information on Coaches, team formation, or practice days/times since practices are solely at the discretion of the Head Coach's schedule. Practices tend to occur during the week, Monday through Thursday, anywhere from 4:30pm - 8pm. Please take note of this before registering your child.
