We recognize that situations can arise that make it necessary for a player to withdraw from our league. AYSO allows withdrawal and will provide refunds based on the following Refund Policy. To request a refund please fill out a Refund Request form.
Refund Policy
The refund request deadline for the FALL 2023 Program is the end of day July 1,2023. Refund requests from July 2, 2023 and on will not be honored as those funds have been used for field fees, uniforms, and equipment.
- If the withdrawing player has been placed on a team please note that it is the parent’s responsibility to notify the coach and the league
- Although a player can withdraw at any time, note that there is a cutoff for receiving a refund.
- The refund cutoff date will be posted on the registration page of each season and will be communicated via registration email, website, and social media.
- A cutoff date is in place because costs are incurred for items such as pictures and uniforms that cannot be refunded.
- If you are eligible for a refund note that $20 of your fee is non-refundable per AYSO policy to cover the national membership and $10 processing fees. If uniform was issued to player an additional $25 for core program and $50 for Spring Select will be deducted from registration payment.
- Refunds will be processed electronically from our league website and will be returned to the credit or debit card used during registration.
Important New Note for the Core Season - Registration Insurance
Registration insurance is an optional service that registrants can opt into at check-out to protect their registration fees against certain events that cause them to miss the season.
At check-out, users registering for programs will see the insurance premium amount and will be given the option to either purchase or waive the coverage. The additional amount is 8% of the final registration fee you'll be paying. For more information visit this FAQ page.
